Academy

10 WEEK

Starting on         at 1 pm we will be starting our 10 week (20 hr) program.  This is the full academy that we offer and is packed full of all the techniques that we teach.

Normally, RHINO instructors schedule their classes to meet twice a week for about an hour each time.  We will meet once a week for approximately 2 hours each time.  So that would be approximately 8 – 9 weeks we will need to meet.  The final meeting will be the test / graduation.  In order to graduate you will need to pass the 5 minute Matrix which includes one minute of headlocks, bear hugs and wrist grip releases, two minutes of exercised induced movement and the final two minutes with me.  During the final two minutes, I will try to disrupt your world with techniques you have learned and you will need to get out of and keep going.

As we build the program dates, if there is a Sunday you already know you can’t make we will not include that date or you can review the material you will miss for that session by using the On-line College program that is being included in your cost.
